Take the opportunity to enjoy a truly unique dining experience with us at Pater Noster.

We are delighted to welcome Marcelo di Giacomo and Diego Jacquet, two chefs with a passion for the sea, during two evenings in July. Both are well-known stars on the international culinary scene. Marcelo and Diego are good friends and love to cook together in special places.

Together with our own fantastic head chef Johan Bengtsson, they will create magic in our kitchen.You will be treated to a specially composed menu consisting of five courses along with a well-curated drinks menu. Your ticket also includes RIB transport from Koön to Pater Noster round trip.

Date: Monday 8 July and Tuesday 9 July 2024. Both days have the same set-up and menu. Under 'Buy ticket' there are two different choices of ticket, where you choose a ticket based on which date you wish to book.

Seaweed amuse-bouche

• Oysters, shallot cream / raspberry

• Crab empanada

• Mackerel "tiradito", coconut / herb oil / kohlrabi

• Turbot, chanterelles / seaweed vinaigrette / Vin jaune sabayon

• Summer berries, hibiscus and champagne granita / yogurt ice cream

A well-curated drinks menu is served to the dinner.

About the star-duo

Marcelo di Giacomo Marcelo is an Argentine Chef born in Buenos Aires, he started cooking at 18 under Jean Paul Bondeaux at the Alvear Palace Hotel to later moved to France to work under super Chef Mauro Colagreco (3 Michelin stars) in Menton; After 8 eight he moved to Paris to open Virtus where he earnt 1 Michelin star in 2019 together with his chef wife Chiho Kanzaky; he is currently about to open a new project in the Savoie, South East of France.

Diego Jacquet Diego is currently Chef Patron at renowned London Restaurant ZOILO & the beloved FLORENCIO PIzzeria.

Diego began his career in Buenos Aires in 1993, when he joined renowned Argentine Chef Francis Mallmann as an apprentice. In 1998, he fulfilled his dream of cooking in Europe, when he joined the team of Casa Nicolasa in San Sebastian. He later took a position at the Michelin three star restaurant El Bulli, under Ferran Adria.

In 2001, he moved to New York to join Aquavit, the award-winning Swedish restaurant, run then by chef Marcus Samuelsson. Born in Buenos Aires, Diego spent most of his youth in Chubut, Patagonia, where he discover his love for food & wild products
